Hi everyone! I’m David Zarfati, also known as “The Italian Realtor in Ra’anana,” and I’d like to share my professional journey in the world of real estate. I began my career at Keller Williams Ra’anana in 2021. In just four years, I’ve closed over 100 real estate transactions – a significant achievement for any real estate agent. I’ve been named “Office Top Producer” three years in a row, reaching a success rate of 90%. These results are the outcome of hard work, dedication, and above all – amazing teamwork. The numerous monthly and annual awards I’ve received have given me the energy to continue growing and developing within the company. Today, I also mentor several new real estate agents, sharing the knowledge and experience I’ve gained. Of course, not every deal went through – but even from those, I’ve learned a great deal. Every challenge, whether successful or not, has added depth to my expertise in real estate. Over time, I’ve become a central point of reference within our office and at Keller Williams Israel as a whole. In 2024, I even joined the “Office Leadership Team” – a further step that reflects recognition of my skills and contributions.

Our office includes about 25 professionals, including a lawyer and a mortgage consultant – which helps streamline and simplify the process for our clients. Our two franchise owners, Avi and Raoui Zelzam, have over 25 years of experience in the field and maintain close partnerships with leading technical and commercial offices in the Sharon area. Keller Williams is an American company that entered Israel about 8 years ago, and now operates over 30 branches across the country. This network allows me to manage deals in major cities throughout Israel – including Tel Aviv, Jerusalem, Haifa, and more – opening many new doors for my business.

Keller Williams Ra’anana is a true family. We work in a relaxed and positive atmosphere, always with a smile. Thanks to the excellent collaboration among the top agents in our office, as well as with agents from outside the office – we’re able to sell most properties within about one month from the moment we receive exclusivity.
